NASA and Purdue University Rolls Out Carbon Dioxide Map on Google Earth
NASA, the Purdue University and the U.S. Department of Energy rolled out the Vulcan project, a Google Earth tool named after the ancient Roman god of fire that can show detailed data on the amount of carbon dioxide pollution dumped in the American atmosphere every hour.
